Two friends, one dream, one passion. Two engineer friends decided to pursue their passion for photography seven years ago. With the motto "Everyone is a photographer," they embarked on a mission to create a platform for photographers. This is how the World Photographers Club came to be. The enterprise that began as a dream has now blossomed into the only platform of its type in the country where photographers from throughout the world can learn, network, demonstrate their abilities and earn.

On the occasion of the World Photographers Club's seventh birthday, let us reflect on the enthralling voyage of this one-stop photography platform.

WPC Turns 7:The Mesmerising Journey Of The One-Stop Photography Platform

The Beginning Of The Journey…

Everyone has a dream. However, only a handful are capable of making that a reality. Anurag Mathur and GK Siddhartha, two young engineers, were successful in accomplishing their dreams. Many people were skeptical when they planned to create a one-stop web marketplace for photographers. It was a challenging job because the concept of such a platform was new to the world. They ventured to execute something no one had ever done before.

Today, World Photographers Club is a well-known name that every photographer is familiar with. It was not easy to get to this position. They had to overcome several problems and taste the bitter pill of defeat on numerous occasions. But it was the fantastic photographers they met along the way that inspired them to continue working towards their objective.

During these seven years, WPC offered courses taught by renowned photographers such as Tarun Khiwal, Jayprakash Bojan, Rohit Vohra, Vineet Vohra, Arjun Kartha, Moises Levy, Jovana Rikala, Nobert Von Niman, Milad Payami, Thai Hoang, Shikha Khanna, and Bobbi Peterson. It enables aspiring photographers to study all areas of photography from experts and compete with world-renowned photographers utilizing their ability and expertise.

Photography contests on various subjects, such as super macro photography, abstract photography, architecture photography, vintage photography, and so on, are held regularly. Participating in these events allows photographers to freely express their creativity. WPC also regularly posts various projects to assist photographers to earn money.

WPC also produces photography blogs regularly to inform photographers about various photography tips and methods, careers in photography, photography news, and so on.

They wanted to give aspiring photographers all across the world an opportunity to show off their skills. So, in addition to providing photography classes at a considerably lower cost, they also provided a platform where any photographer could publish their images for free to attract the attention of potential customers and boost their chances of being employed.

And The Next Level...

The founders of WPC, Anurag Mathur and GK Siddhartha plan to give WPC a makeover which they are referring to as "WPC 2.0". The entire design will be changed to make it even more user-friendly. Android and ios apps of World Photographers Club will be launched. Most importantly, the service will be made more simplified so that they can reach more and more photographers in every corner of the world.

As they said, "This coming year we are launching the biggest change in WPC since it started. We are calling it WPC 2.0 and we are introducing a new platform with new designs, apps, and a lot more. Stay Tuned!!!"

It is the journey of two friends who united with the thread of their common passion- photography. It is the journey of millions of photographers who came across WPC in these years, learned from the platform, as well as enrich it. Hoping that this organization takes many more steps ahead. Happy 7th Birthday WPC!!!!!!
